Volkswagen of St. Augustine is proud to offer a 3-Day/ 300-Mile Love It or Exchange It Guarantee on all new, certified and pre-owned vehicles! In supporting our purpose of building extra-ordinary relationships, we want to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase decision even after the ink dries and you have left the dealership.

Terms and Conditions

• You may exchange your vehicle for any reason, or no reason at all.
• You must exchange the vehicle to our dealership within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase by the close of business.
• The vehicle must have no more than 300 miles over the odometer reading at the time of delivery. The odometer statement executed with your paperwork will be used to calculate this.
• The vehicle must be inspected by the General Manager to authorize the exchange. The vehicle must be in the same condition (except allowable mileage) in which it was delivered.
• You will be issued an exchange amount of the full purchase price plus any dealership fees (dealer fee, electronic title fee) and any after-sale products. Every effort will be made to exchange taxes and government fees, however if the dealership is unable to recover them from the collecting entity they will be deemed non-refundable.
• If you financed all or part of the vehicle purchase, the financed amount will be paid to the financing entity and that amount will be subtracted from the amount due to you.
• The dealership will make every effort to exchange any monies due to you in a prompt fashion. You understand that delays may occur due to refunds of tax, monies collected for other entities, the clearing of check payments, and other factors beyond the dealership’s control.
